Why do I need COVID-19 Disinfection? +

Disinfection is a form of prevention - and prevention is one of the best cures. While nothing can guarantee 100% safety, taking all the measures to stay as safe as possible is crucial. Since most diseases (viruses, bacteria, mites, etc.) are invisible to the human eye, one cannot be certain of how clean their space is. That is why we step in to properly disinfect the space, according to WHO and MoHFW guidelines, and minimise the risk of surface contaminations.

Is it safe to allow your people into my house? +

Yes, it is completely safe. We disinfect and clean the spaces once the residents/occupants have left the area and ensure that our own teams follow all safety standards. We set up a disinfection zone for our cleaners, and they all are provided fresh PPE, which is changed every 45 minutes.

What chemicals do you use to clean? Are they safe? +

Yes, all our chemicals are safe for use. They are industry-grade and follow the WHO/MoHFW guidelines - which means they have been green-lit globally to use for disinfection, and are frequently used in hygienic spaces like industrial kitchens, clinics, hospitals, and even operation theatres. Do you have experience in Post-COVID care sanitisation? +

Yes, we do. Our teams are certified and trained professionals, including having trained in COVID-19 specific sanitisation steps.

What is zero-chemical cleaning? +

Zero chemical cleaning is a process which uses air, water, steam, pressure, and temperatures to clean a space, as opposed to toxic chemicals, which may leave residue and cause side effects. Aside from WHO approved sanitisation chemicals, our cleaning is as safe and healthy as possible.

How can you check if an area is sanitised? +

We use a device called a Luminometer, which works on the concept of detecting light. All living organisms have a substance called ATP, which is bioluminescent. The Luminometer can use that to detect the presence of microbial on surfaces, and check how well sanitised a spot is.

How long does a deep clean take? +

The length of a service is dependant on the layout of the space, as well as the square footage. There are also other factors, such as what kind of space it is (a home, an office, a commercial space). To get a quote on pricing and time spent, please reach out to us.

Do you provide a certification after cleaning? +

We do. We provide a certification stating the date of the cleaning, as well as the exact cleaning package that was purchased. If you opt for a COVID-Clean coat, we will also provide you with an estimated date of its expiry.

I just need a little help changing a socket? Will your people come? +

Yes, certainly! There is a reasonable minimum charge we levy to cover transport and manpower costs - but rest assured, no job is too small for us.

How do you dispose of your waste? +

All the waste generated from the disinfection process is collected in bio-hazard waste bags. It is first treated with sodium hypochlorite, and then collected by a certified vendor that processes bio-hazardous and medical grade waste.
